Mitra was God sent during my post-op care. I came across country for a procedure and the person accompanying me had an accident the week of my surgery and couldn’t travel to help in my post-op care. I contacted Mitra days before my surgery and she luckily had an opening and was able to accommodate me. From the moment I reached out to her she kept in constant communication with me to make sure I understood her services and was prepared for my surgery. The day of surgery Mitra was by my side encouraging me and going out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. She monitored me and my vitals during the allotted time I booked. Mitra noticed some of my vitals were looking out of normal range and immediately contacted my doctor. Eventually she encouraged me to go in to a medical facility and be seen. Mitra stayed with me and advocated for me during times I couldn’t advocate for myself. I was experiencing a medical emergency which, without Mitra’s attentiveness and knowledge, could’ve turned deadly. Mitra extended her time and kindness to stay with me until the next morning to make sure I was comfortable and safe. With my permission she updated my surgeon and family about my condition. Mitra checked on me every single day until I was released from the hospital days later and continues to check on me to make sure I’m getting the medical attention I need. Mitra is kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and very personable. I can’t imagine going through that experience without her

I recently received a left hip replacement two days before Christmas 2022. This procedure went surprisingly well with a great surgeon and an incredible overnight stay at an upscale recovery boutique.
